
Standard Maintanence Cleaning
& General Information
We will visit you every 1, 2, or 4 weeks for routine maintenance cleaning on the same day and arrival window. This service uses a flat-rate model, and discounts may be available based on the frequency of visits. Our maintenance cleaning clients typically book an initial deep cleaning.

We then check-in and offer placement in our deep cleaning rotation every 6-12 months, which can be declined. We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee for our maintenance clients, if anything is missed or done poorly, and a complaint with photos is provided same-day, we will return as soon as we are able to re-clean the problem area.
Included in Standard Clean:
Distance Fee: A distance fee may apply if you are beyond our regular service border, please contact us to discuss.
Pet Fee: $15 additional charge for homes with pets
Cancelation Fee: 50% charge if less than 48hrs notice is given. No fees if cancelling before 48hrs.
Lock Out Fee: If we show up and cannot access your home for any reason, such as forgetting to leave a key, or you forget we are coming and aren’t home to open the door, you will be charged for the day’s clean.

If an area has not been picked up, and is heavily cluttered, we may not be able to fully clean. Please leave the home in a picked up, easy to clean state. We will not move around large quantities of personal items, so please do a pre-service tidy. This is the best way to get the most out of your cleaning service! Please note that if you are receiving help with a Mental Health Clean, we expect clutter and will be happy to help you deal with this.

A closed door is an indication that you would like us to remain outside of the room in question, and we will respect your privacy by leaving the door shut.

If we must cancel less than 48hrs in advance due to illness or emergency, we will make every effort to reschedule you shortly after. If we cannot reschedule, you will receive 20% off your next service.

We do not clean excessive pet messes, everyday dirty paws and hair is fine, but not litter, excrement, or similar. We do not clean pet bedding. We also do not clean up human bodily fluids such as blood and overflowing toilets. Please ensure any sanitary products and similar personal soil is disposed of properly. We have the ability to clean mold and nicotine, at a special rate and with a protective breathing apparatus.

We do not clean blinds, anything that must be disassembled to get into, anything that we cannot reach with a two-step step ladder and our extending dusters/vacuum, or inside washing machines and dryers.
Custom Deep Cleans
A deep clean can include as much or as little cleaning as needed and is charged at $60/hr for the average home. This means one cleaner working for one hour is $60.00.

Every interior surface can be cleaned in a deep clean, as well as appliances in and out, but it will typically not include personal storage areas such as the interior of cabinetry, closets, or surfaces that are housing clutter. We are equipped to steam clean furniture and carpet, as well as hard surfaces. We may discuss a custom plan that includes the areas discussed above if needed.
Moving Cleans
Prepare for your fresh start, or theirs! We will meticulously clean all interior surfaces in preparation for new occupants.
